This Company is committed to providing a safe working environment for its employees required to work on all sites. The standard that is used to achieve this goal, as well as monitoring of compliance, is the Construction (Health, Safety and Welfare) Regulations, 1996, these being regarded as the minimum requirements for this Company's operations. Where a particular site activity (e.g. erection of scaffolding) is not part of our Company operation then this Company will make all reasonable enquiries to ascertain compliance by other parties responsible for provision of such aspects of the works.

It is the policy of this Company that close attention is paid to the provision of suitable and sufficient facilities and measures to ensure compliance with requirements on health, safety and welfare of its employees at work.

Where such a duty extends to outside contractors, visitors or others attending our premises, then procedures will be implemented to ensure their health, safety and welfare whilst on our premises. The Company's risk assessment procedure will be used to identify risks to health and safety on the Company's premises.
